I am a certified teacher and enjoy helping people. It is my passion to see everyone that wants to make a change in their life succeed at just that.

With analyzing my budget I was able to save more money to purchase my first home. In the same year of purchasing my first home, I was able to also purchase a new car. All of this was possible due to me creating a budget for myself and managing my credit. If I can do it, you can too!
Why I created this course?
I created this course to help other single parents understand the process of buying their first home. After going through the process and doing some reflecting, I felt like there were things that should have been broken down a little more for me. I even attended a first time home buyers webinar to get a better understanding of the process, but during my reflecting I realized some things were left out. This course will help you gain knowledge of the process, so you can better prepare for becoming a first time home owner. I even incorporated tips on improving your credit and creating a budget because that plays a huge role throughout this process.
